You are looking at a lot of four 8x10 black and white photos signed by former House of Representative members Frank Thompson, John Brademas, Dave Obey, and Norm Dicks. All of the photos were signed with a personalized message made out to the late Llyod Meeds who was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1965 to 1979 representing the second district of Washington. All of the signatures and messages can be seen, however some are more faded than others. 1. Norm Dicks was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1979 to 2013 representing the sixth district of Washington. He is the longest-serving member ever of the United States House of Representatives from the state of Washington. His signature and personal message to LLoyd are faded.
2. Dave Obey was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1969 to 2011 representing the seventh district of Wisconsin. His signature and personal message to LLoyd are slightly faded.
3. Frank Thompson (deceased) was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1955 to 1980 representing the second district of New Jersey. He was one of seven federal politicians who were convicted in the Abscam case in 1980.
4. John Brademas (deceased) was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1959 to 1981 representing the third district of Indiana. In addition to his major legislative accomplishments, including much federal legislation pertaining to schools, arts, and the humanities, he served as the 13th president of New York University from 1981 to 1992, and was a member of and subsequently the chairman of the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. In addition he was a board member of the New York Stock Exchange and the Rockefeller Foundation. His signature and personal message to LLoyd are faded.
