This auction is for a 1970s vintage AMF Paragon Nite Owl TV Timer. It was designed to automatically shut off a television after you fall asleep.
This timer allows you to plug a TV or small appliance into the piggyback plug, and set the sleep timer for up to six hours, when the TV will automatically shut off. It has been tested, and works.
The vintage timer is in good electrical, mechanical and cosmetic condition, except for a couple of very minor scratches on the faceplate, and a very small chip off the rear corner of the Bakelite case - see photos.
