This is in as shown condition look at the photos carefully.  I have 5 of these and five envelopes that they go with... the envelopes are numbered 1 to 5 the art isn't ... so I am placing one 8x10 inch picture in one envelope you get the picture and envelope shown ....This is in Very Good to NEAR Fine it is fine I have a number of these from different pharmaceutical company's many with the original mailing envelope a few with the cover letters these were part of an advertising campaign in the mid 1980s they were personalized with the doctors name in the cartoon none of them were used all are part of history and ready to be framed  and I will combine shipping costs
