This is an antique English sterling silver match safe dating from 1902. The surface is entirely hand etched. The match safe measures approximately 1 1/2 inches in length and 1 1/4 inches in width. It is impressed with English hallmarks along the rim for Birmingham and dates this from 1902. The overall condition is very good with normal age and patina.
