Vintage Steel Ball Through Glass Close-Up Magic Trick with Original Instructions. This is an older, rare flat-block mechanical version with a nice retro look, far superior to mass-produced modern sets. 
Effect: A solid steel ball is dropped through a wooden block to prove the corridor is clear. A solid sheet of glass (clear acrylic safety glass) is then slid into the block, entirely blocking the path. With a simple tap, the solid steel ball melts directly through the solid glass barrier and drops out the bottom! Everything can be immediately handed out for examination. 
The Wooden Block & Glass are in excellent vintage condition. The steel ball is heavy and rust free. The instructions are the original typed instruction sheets detailing the secret method and grips (Figures 1-4). The paper shows authentic vintage aging and folds, making it an excellent display piece for a magic collector's shelf.
