IMPACT CUTLERY

Model # 8537 – Ramhurst | By Impact Cutlery UK

Only one knife made.

Ramhurst is a compact and purposeful handmade hunting knife built around a broad 4-inch D2 tool steel blade with a strong drop-point profile, pronounced belly, clean satin-polished finish, and a defined central bevel that gives the blade a crisp, substantial character. The handle is fitted with naturally figured ram horn scales, displaying distinctive cream, olive, brown, and dark textured markings unique to the material, secured over the full tang with brass pins and finished with a brass-lined lanyard tube. A polished steel front bolster flows neatly into the handle and complements the bright blade finish, giving this compact knife a refined traditional appearance.

The knife is supplied with a dark brown handmade leather sheath weighing 80 grams, constructed from substantial leather with strong contrasting stitching, a secure retention strap, and practical belt carry for dependable field use.

Beyond its distinctive appearance, Ramhurst is keenly sharpened and substantially built to perform reliably and withstand years of genuine use.

The knife comes complete with a Certificate of Authenticity, Impact Cutlery Lifetime Warranty Card, and business card.

Lifetime Warranty – Terms & Conditions

Please note: Lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Normal wear includes blemishes, tarnish, rust, scratches, blade chips, broken tips, edge dings, and dents. Impact knives are not designed to be used as hammers, chisels, pry bars, or screwdrivers. Damage caused by misuse or accidental impact is excluded, but may be repairable for a reasonable fee.

Natural materials—such as bone, horn, or wood—may crack, shrink, or develop other changes over time due to temperature, climate, and age; these are not covered under the lifetime warranty. No knife maker can guarantee against the natural aging of organic materials.

Rust is not covered under the Impact lifetime warranty. Proper care and maintenance are essential.

Care of Your Fine Custom Knife
  1. Never store the knife in a leather sheath.
  2. Never leave the knife wet.
  3. Apply oil/wax after use and before storing.
  4. If rust appears, use 0000 steel wool with oil to clean it off; metal polish can also be used.
  5. Never put the knife in a dishwasher.
  6. Keep the guard, bolsters, and butt caps oiled/waxed.
  7. Keep it sharp — a sharp knife is safer than a dull knife.
  8. Store in a dry place.
  9. Don’t try to repair a damaged knife yourself. Send it to us and we’ll do our best to make it as good as new.

If you plan heavy-duty use, let us know when ordering a custom knife so we can shape the blade and bevel accordingly. Knives in auctions are not subject to alterations; suggestions can be made for fixed-price listings.

Age Restriction

We do not sell knives to persons under the age of 18. By placing a bid or order with our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase such items. We rely on your confirmation and accept no liability if this representation is found to be false.
