Delivery Policy

We take pride in our prompt delivery times - if we don't have it in stock, we don't list it. That means anything you order will be promptly dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney.

We have simplified our delivery charges. Most items, to most locations, are delivered free. Bulky items and remote locations may incur a charge. All shipping charges (if any) are displayed once you enter your delivery postcode.

Express post is available for most items - view the item listing to check for Express Post availability.

If an item is marked as not able to be delivered to your location, please let us know (using Ebay's 'contact seller' link).

If you purchase multiple items in a single transaction, and any one of those items is bulky and only available for pickup, the whole order will be marked as pickup only. In this case you can either pick up your order, make two separate orders to have some items delivered, or contact us (using Ebay's 'contact seller' link) to discuss other options.

HOW do customers return items?

BEFORE returning an item, you require a return authorisation.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

Items need to be returned to our warehouse at Chipping Norton, Sydney, NSW.

The address for return will be provided along with the return merchandise authorisation (RMA). Please contact us (using Ebay's 'contact seller' link) for an RMA first.

SHIPPING for returns?

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the buyer.

CREDIT for returns?

Where an RMA has been issued and unopened, unused goods are returned at the customer's expense within 30 days, the customer is entitled to a money back refund.

Instore return option?

Customers may return items in-store (at our Chipping Norton warehouse) after obtaining a return merchandise authorisation (RMA).

Items need to be unopened and unused, with original packaging (where originally supplied).
