Early Wolf safety lamp – mining. This is an early Wolf lamp with the early style friction igniter – this looks like the 1907 model that used a roll of igniters similar to a toy cap gun. The lamp is in horrible condition with severe rust, dings to the brass fluted bonnet, and the magnetic lock has been completely removed.  Sold as an interesting relic!
