This unique toy features a classic ventriloquist-style internal control mechanism. A solid wooden dowel rod handle extends through the fabric costume into the head, outfitted with a heavy-duty thumb wire lever. Pressing the lever drops the hinged jaw open, allowing you to animate the clown as if he's talking! 

He comes dressed in a delightful, retro, multi-colored rainbow paw-print patterned jumpsuit accented by a dark blue satin bow tie.
