Usage
Ideal for adding storage, performing backups, creating disk images, recovering data and transferring content to your laptop. Simply connect the SATA end to your drive and the USB end to your computer or console. For 3.5 inch drives, connect a 12V 2A power adapter first.
Please Note
- A 12V 2A AC/DC power adapter is required when using a 3.5 inch HDD; no extra power is needed for 2.5 inch drives.
- If your hard drive is new, please create a partition before use. For an old drive that does not work, back up your data first and then try creating a partition.
- UASP speeds are only achieved when your device, hard drive and operating system all support UASP.
