We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day after we received your cleared payment.

Domestic order should arrive within 1-3 working days (unless stated otherwise), eBay will provide you with a delivery estimate.

All products are brand new (unless stated otherwise). We quality control, package and ship every item(s) that is sold.

If you have not received your item(s), you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item(s), we will investigate the matter with our couriers. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate non-receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 30 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.

We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. If you need to change your address after you place your order, please contact us immediately. We may charge a fee for undeliverable or incorrect addresses.

Delivery to the Channel Islands, offshore British Isles, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands will incur additional delivery charges. Please message us beforehand so we can adjust the shipping costs.

TERMS OF SALE & RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event your item(s) becomes damaged or defective during shipping, please report this to us via eBay messages, strictly no later than 24 hours after confirmed delivery.

If you change your mind and would like to return the item(s), you have 30 days after receiving the item(s) to return the item(s) to us. Buyer pays return postage and is responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. Return item(s) should be unused and in the original packaging with all accessories. Refunds may be rejected, or partial refunds provided if an item(s) is returned used, damaged, defective, parts missing or not in the original packaging. A restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, where an item(s) was bought in error or no longer needed.
