Beautiful large antique German bisque-head doll by Hermann Steiner, dating from approximately the 1920s.
She is marked with the incised HS Hermann Steiner company monogram and the size number 8 at the base of the neck. She has a sweet open-mouth toddler expression, softly blushed cheeks, painted brows and lashes, large glass sleep eyes, and a brown real human-hair wig.
The doll has a large articulated composition body and comes dressed in the white gown and bonnet shown in the photographs.

The bisque head is in excellent antique condition, with no cracks, hairlines, chips, or restorations noted.

The doll has glass sleep eyes and a brown human-hair wig. The white gown and bonnet are included as shown.
