The stretcher and both refurbished SMRT batteries are covered by our 12-month warranty, subject to the written terms supplied with the equipment.
If a qualifying fault develops, we will assess the equipment and arrange an appropriate repair. Where it cannot reasonably be repaired promptly, we will endeavour to provide a suitable temporary replacement unit, subject to availability, compatibility and the warranty terms.
That is the advantage of buying from a stockholding workshop: we have the equipment and components to solve problems, rather than simply refunding a sale and leaving an ambulance without a stretcher.

This is used professional patient-transport equipment. The purchaser and operator are responsible for assessing suitability for the intended application and ensuring that installation, inspection, maintenance and operation are undertaken by appropriately trained and competent persons in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
The warranty excludes cosmetic wear, consumable items, gradual battery capacity reduction consistent with normal use, collision or accidental damage, misuse, overloading, contamination, unsuitable installation and unauthorised alteration. Full written terms are supplied. Nothing in the commercial warranty affects applicable statutory rights.
