Triedro lamp, an icon of Italian industrial design designed by Joe Colombo in 1970 for the Stilnovo brand.
Key features of the professionally inspired design: The contoured lampshade evokes the classic stage lamps used in large photography and film sets.
Geometric structure: The diffuser is composed of a metal sheet painted in glossy white, expertly folded and shaped into three distinct parts.
Light control: The geometric shape shields the bulb so as to channel the light beam with absolute precision, avoiding unpleasant visual glare.
Technical flexibility: The lamp body, the joints and the lamp holder are finished in matt black and equipped with adjustment mechanisms that allow you to direct, tilt or slide the light source as needed.
This specific model is the version with clamp (or clip), designed to be easily attached to shelves, desks and protruding profiles.
Lamp with a modern design created by designer Joe Colombo where, in each of his projects, an interest in the kinetic dimension and in the change and transformability of objects and spaces over time stands out; in fact this lamp was designed by taking inspiration from and observing the lamps used by photographers of the time to control the light in the studio, it combines the style of industrial design and generates an object of pure geometries connected to each other through mechanical devices.
The lamp frame is produced in metal painted in black while the lampshade is made of a metal sheet folded and shaped into three parts, painted in white, which incorporates the luminous body and which reflects the light in such a way as not to dazzle.
Ideal lamp for the living room, living room, office or study; ample flexibility of movement is guaranteed by the double load-bearing joint which allows the rotation and inclination of the light source in any position.
