In great condition except as you can see the discoloration or outline where the mat was and what appears to be some moisture or liquid damage on the very bottom of the paper edge. This is not an original 1876 etching lithograph but reproduced from the lithograph in 1976 by Historic Urban Plans in Ithaca, NY. When look at comparable prints here on eBay it looks a pair of the original etchings of this same one and another of Washington DC went for $2400. I would imagine these don’t come up very often. As you can see in the info on the print the original artwork was etched on stone. This comes unmatted. The paper is 23” x 17” and the actual image including the details at the bottom is approx. 18” x 12”.
