We aim to process refunds as fast as possible. In most cases, you will receive your money back within two weeks from when you hand your parcel to the return carrier (often sooner).

• Assessment time: 1 to 2 business days for our team to check the item.
• Bank processing: 1 to 3 business days for your bank to finalise the payment.
