Allied Occupation French Zone Baden 1949 - Reconstruction of the City of Freiburg - Imperforated Block 1B  - MNH (**)

The block is mint not hinged (**). However, there is a lot of staining on the reverse of the block, and some of this has shown through to a couple of the stamps - see pictures.
