The Vintage Lionel No 2037 2-6-4 Prairie-type Steam Locomotive & 6466WX Tender is a ready-to-go pre-built model in 1:48 scale. This black diecast steam locomotive is equipped with an analog control system and features a tender for added realism. With its vintage appeal and iconic Lionel brand, this locomotive and tender set is perfect for collectors or model railroad enthusiasts looking to add a piece of transportation history to their collection.
Manufactured by Lionel between 1953 and 1963, the locomotive appears to be in average condition for its age and runs fine forward and in reverse. I couldn't test the smoke feature. The tender is in only fair condition - not bad in appearance but the wires are severed, and accordingly the whistle doesn't work. It looks intact, and may just need new wiring. Because the wires were loose, I didn't shoot a video of it. Check out the pictures and the video. I can combine shipping.
