Mechanically the car is in excellent condition starting first time and running smoothly with no knocks or noises. Benefiting from regular servicing over its lifetime and with a stack of service stamps and invoices, this Jag has been really well cared for during its lifetime. 

The interior is in great condition with soft cream leather and deep glossy walnut wood dashboard. There are no electrical faults and everything works as it should - including the electric windows, electric mirrors and electric seats. There are no fault codes or warning lights on the dashboard.

The bodywork presents well on the surface with deep glossy Antigua blue metallic paint, but there is rust and corrosion in the usual XK8 bad spots of the rear subframe mount, both lower sills, and rear three quarter panels around the wheel arch. 

Please note - the car has just failed the MOT on corrosion on the rear subframe mounting in August (see final picture) and so this will need to be repaired by the new owner. Once repaired, the car will be ready to go again and will give many more years of classic jaguar enjoyment.
