The Tutu skirt and neck ruffle is fabric lace dipped in liquid porcelain and fired in a kiln. Very delicate!

Makers Mark on the bottom appears to be Muller-Volkstedt Crown Lace Figurine produced in the first half of the 20th Century. It has a stylized MV over a crown. 

It is 5" tall and at the widest point it is about 3" wide

I don't see any repairs or damage to the piece. Please view photos. A couple spots are pointed out and don't know what it is. Also shown is the gold bow on the right side of her head. Missing paint or made that way? I think it was made that way as there is no damage to the neck ruffle directly below that spot

There is a number impressed on the bottom 5045

My Identification tag is on this piece and is only removed by the buyer with scissors or clippers on acceptance of the piece. Tag 010575
