This is an eagle and brass ball w a threaded screw rod running through its interior

Object is 10 inches tall. Both ball diameter and wings have a 5 inch diameter

Eagle is solid, ball is hollow. Object weighs over 2 pounds

There is a threaded screw rod that runs from the ball base up through the back of the eagle

No visible manufacturing info.

Possibly this was for a Motometer but base hole thread is minimal
