This is "Cunard White Star Launch of the Queen Elizabeth in the Presence of Their Majesties The King and Queen, at the Yard of John Brown & Co., Ltd., Clydebank, Tuesday September 27, 1938", a souvenir program printed by Cunard Lines for the launch ceremony. There is a tipped-in insert on the title page stating that the King cancelled his appearance. There are numerous black-and-white photos and color illustrations, including a tri-fold-out. Condition of this oversize paperback book is Very Good Plus, showing some fraying to the ribbon tie on the spine. One double-page illustration shows offsetting from laid-in inserts, one of which, "With the Compliments of Cunard White Star Ltd." is present. Please see my other nautical listings.
