Designed for Sony Handycam Video 8 and Hi8 camcorders and any camcorder/camera with a 1/4inch tripod mounting thread and a recess for the locating/anti-twist lug on the camera platform.

  • The "Lock VCT-88" Dial: The dial visible at the joint is the locking mechanism used to secure the articulating arm at a specific angle.
  • Camera Platform: The textured long arm on the left attaches directly to the bottom of a compatible camcorder using a standard tripod screw, the anti-twist lug lines up with the recess on the camcorder.
  • Chest/Body Pad: The padded section at the bottom of the extension rod rests against your chest or hip to provide leverage and steady your shots.
  • The brace leg is extendable to give a full overall length from 8.5inches to 21cm to 28cm.
