Instructions:
1. Place the fitting plastic beads (white beads) into a pot of hot water.
2. When the fitting plastic turns clear, take it out with a metal spoon.
3. Form the clear thermal plastic into a "worm" shape with your fingers.
4. Press the "clear worm" into the "troth" of the veneers, located on the back side.
5. Press a small amount of the "clear worm" through the holes.
6. While staring in a mirror, use both hands and force the veneers over your teeth. Use your thumbs to 'tuck' the excess fitting plastic behind teeth.
7. After the thermal plastic has become hard (5 to 10 minutes), carefully ease down and take out. If you are not satisfied with the fit, reheat and remold.
Suggestions for the Perfect Fit:
Try to keep the extra fitting plastic away from the roof of your mouth. Keep the thermal plastic right behind your teeth. Every minute or two, ease the veneer slightly down then back up into place. It takes around five minutes for the thermal plastic to fully harden. To prevent the impression from being too tight around your teeth, you should ease the veneers in and out several times during the cooling process.
