Issued in 1989 for the Franklin Mint, this vintage brass cloisonné hand bell is from the Collector's Treasury of Bells. Piece features a sculpted bird figurine handle and multicolored enamel floral motifs. This functional hand bell serves as a tabletop accent or an addition to an enamel metalwork collection. Interior of bell retains the original "FM" sticker.
