This is a sealed copy of Resident Evil 2 for the Playstation graded at WATA 9.4, B+, specifically the first print edition of the game featuring the "Movie Offer" blurb.  

This copy is five points away from a "perfect" WATA score of WATA 9.8, A++.  There are no cracks but minor defects with the game box consistent with a 9.4 box score.  There are various defects with the game seal consistent with a B+ seal grade.  I do not see any major tears and have attempted to depict the seal from all angles.  There is scratching and scuffing throughout portions of the game seal.

This is the second entry in the legendary Resident Evil franchise, featuring major expansions of the gameplay formula and significantly improved graphics compared to the first installment.  It introduced various key characters to the franchise, including Leon Kennedy, Claire Redfield, and Ada Wong.  The game went on to feature one of the best remakes of all time in the PS4 / Xbox One version.
