THE KATZENJAMMER KIDS, created by

Rudolph Dirks, has been in print since 1897.

In 1914, Dirks left the strip, and he was replaced

by Harold Knerr, who remained with the strip

until his death in 1949.  Others contributing to this

strip have included Charles Winner, Joe Musial,

Mike Senich, Angelo DeCesare and Hy Eisman.  

The last original strip was published on 

January 1, 2006 and King Features Syndicate

continues to distribute reprints of classic strips.    

This listing consists of Sunday Third Page Comic Strips.
