I was fortunate recently to be able to acquire a good collection of antique & vintage sterling silver cycling prize fob medals dating from the 1890s up to the 1960s. I am now putting these medals up for auction at very reasonable starting prices (ofter below the sterling silver scrap price) but with a Buy it Now option for anyone who does not wish to wait.

This example is:

A large sterling silver & enamel cycling fob medal from the 1930s.

The front of the medal bears the crests of three cycling clubs picked out in enamel. The 3 clubs are: Western Roads Cycling Club, Archer Road Club & The Harlesden Ramblers Cycling Club.

The obverse is engraved:

"INTER - CLUB "25" Winners. W.R.C.C. 1932. A.J. MANNING"

Sterling Silver Medal: Weight: 25.9 gm. Diameter: 38 mm. Hall Mark: Birmingham 1932. Maker's Mark: Dance & Duerden.

Summary: As can be seen from the photos this is an attractive & collectable vintage sterling silver cycling fob medal. Good luck!

NOTE: Please see my other listings of sterling silver cycling medals. If more than one medal is purchased please wait until you receive an invoice before paying as I am happy to combine postage.
