CONDITION

The system is in mint cosmetic condition and has been professionally inspected, serviced and tested.

Bose built these systems to a very high specification, but there is no way to know how much the CD Drive has been played.  Over time and with use, all laser pickups can degrade, which is why many of the units for sale on ebay and other sites may soon begin to skip when playing CDs.  

We have proactively installed a brand-new genuine Bose CD drive—the same exact ones originally installed by Bose—to avoid any issues and to provide years of great sound. The CD player, radio, display, remote control, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi functions, inputs and audio output have all been tested for proper operation.

IMPORTANT SOUNDTOUCH INFORMATION

Bose ended its cloud support for SoundTouch products, but the app and local system attributes remain usable.

The following functions continue to work as usual:

• Bluetooth streaming
• Apple AirPlay
• AUX input
• CD playback
• AM/FM radio
• SoundTouch app setup and local remote control
• Local grouping of compatible SoundTouch systems

Music is now selected through your preferred music app and sent to the Bose system using Bluetooth or AirPlay.  Browsing music services directly inside the SoundTouch app and Bose SoundTouch presets are no longer supported.  There are other new apps available in both the apple and google stores that also support SoundTouch units.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

This system includes a one-year Allstate warranty at no additional cost through the eBay Refurbished program.

Thirty-day returns are accepted in accordance with ebay's return policy. The system must be returned complete and in the same condition in which it was received. Any refund adjustment for an item returned used, incomplete, altered or damaged will be handled according to eBay’s return policies.  Anti-tamper tags must be intact.
