No nuts, front hub spins smooth, rear is a kind of rough. Both are pretty true. The rear spokes have corrosion, front spokes have lighter corrosion. 16 tooth freewheel sprocket marked 1/2x1/8. Probably both could use an overhaul. I’m not the original owner so I don’t know the maintenance history. 3/8” axles.
