I have tested this and found it does power on. I took the lid off and investigated why it wasn't accepting disc I noticed that someone before broke the clip off where the disc drive ribbon goes into the board. They tried to fix it by taping the ribbon down. I bought this second hand and was told everything worked which most does besides not getting good connection where the clip is broke. I will provide pictures of the area. This will include 2 games all cords and two working controllers
