FedEx and DHL Express are commonly used for destinations such as the USA, Canada, and Europe.

UPS is used

specifically for heavy/bulky shipments to the 12 countries listed below;

shipments weighing over 2kg are highly likely to be sent via UPS.

These countries include Australia, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and India.

EMS is also considered a relatively fast shipping method.

For lightweight packages (approx. 500g or less)

destined for Asia, the Middle East, or Australia,

EMS is often a reasonable choice and can offer efficient delivery.

The terms for Japan Post's International Air Packet are DDU.

While shipping is available to most countries, recent issues in the EU have arisen; specifically, for eight countries—Austria, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Belgium, Portugal, and Luxembourg—shipments sent via Japan Post's International Air Packet may fail to be delivered and get returned to the sender.

Consequently, we do not offer this service for these destinations.

Japan Post's ZonosPrepay is used for DDP shipping to the USA.
