This set is GUC to play condition. There are 4 pairs of shorts and 3 shirts included. No holes noted. A few small stains are pointed out in a photo of one pair of shorts for you. These were worn by a real child who loves her Primary clothes very much.

Non-smoking, but cat friendly home. Most likely washed in Molly’s Suds. Assume dryer use, but no dryer sheets used here.
