Return Policy

  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original condition, including all original packaging.

Non-Refundable Cases: Returns are not accepted for personal reasons (ordered by mistake, changed mind, color preference). For returns not due to seller error, round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the refund - even if the item was originally shipped with "free shipping."

Voltage & Plug Type (Electronics)

Items ship from South Korea with either Free Voltage (100V-240V) or a 220V plug (Korean standard, Type C/F).

  • Free Voltage items: Work worldwide - you only need a plug adapter for your country. No voltage transformer required.
  • 220V items: If your country uses a different voltage (e.g., 110V in the US), you need both a plug adapter and a step-up voltage transformer.

We do not provide plug adapters or transformers. Please purchase them separately if needed.
