Includes camera, power supply, and wide-angle zoom lens. Does not include the monitor.

For testing, I powered on the camera, paired camera with monitor, moved camera in various directions, tested night vision, and lullaby. 

The camera firmware is 3.6.3 (see last photo for reference). I was unable to get it to update on my computer (I don't know why I've successfully been able to update several other cameras). If your monitor firmware is also 3.7.9 it will pair. I don’t know about earlier firmwares. There are instructions on eufys website on how to update firmware of your monitor.
