This incredible top-level chunky wedding band is exactly 100 years old and feels utterly magical in the hand. 

Smooth, rounded and comfortable it melts onto the finger like it was made just for it. It bears a superb deep, crisp and clear full English 22 karat gold hallmark for Birmingham 1926, with the maker's mark 'ACCo' for quality designer Albion Craft Co. 

Its thick, wide structural quality is unique to the finest pieces made without regard to cost, it feels wonderfully weighty in the hand. It shows an abundance of patina, that glassy, historical layer of micro scratches that gives character and authenticity, and makes the surface appear almost see-through. The band has exaggerated curved edges appearing almost round, and looks just incredible from all angles, with amazing presence even when seen end-on while worn, where most bands would disappear. 

Tipping the scales at an excellent 7.2 grams, it's a size 7 and can be resized if necessary. The band is 4.0 mm wide, and sits an impressive 2.1 mm high off the finger. It's in incredible antique condition, with some stunning and highly sought-after patina to its surface.
