Decorative miniature miner figurine with mine cart, mounted on a substantial natural mineral specimen which appears to be pyrite (fool’s gold).

The specimen has an attractive unpolished crystalline surface with numerous metallic, brassy-gold coloured formations. The miniature mining scene is fitted to the top, depicting a miner alongside a small cart filled with pieces of mineral.

An unusual decorative piece which could also be used as a small paperweight, ideal for a mineral collection, mining memorabilia collection, desk display or curiosity cabinet.
