For sale here I have a pair of small terracotta Roman style oil lamps. Measuring somewhere around 11 cm X8 centimetres, if research serves me right these were produced for one of the museums as a usable historical replica…. The British Museum still sells similar nowadays for around £20 each.

Though I haven’t used them myself - they came to me amongst some other stuff - they do look to have been put to use by a previous owner as there is a bit of carbon and oil around the spout where you insert the wick.

I believe wicks are available quite freely, the oil you would have to research yourself! As always of course using anything you choose to set fire to is on you and not me, though the items are in great condition, I can only sell them as an ornament! I’m sure you understand👍
