eBay inform all US buyers about the new customs rules since 2025 July in the US from the US gov. eBay is showing for every US buyers that they have to pay customs/import fees. you can see in all eBay listings :"Due to US customs policies, the buyer of this item will need to pay import fees to the shipping carrier...." the shipping company (FedEx US ) is collecting the import fees from all US buyers directly.
