Rare pewter pin or brooch by California artist, Howard Pierce. Measuring 3 inches tall, this pin is in the shape of a stylized deer or fawn with elongated legs and neck. Good condition with a moderate amount of age wear. Back has a pin back and the artist's name embossed in all caps. These were sold in the 1940s.
