High-performance Motor


As a key power part, the motor can provide high power for garlic separation extrusion and vibrating screening operation, offer the stable torque and meet the high-load continuous working requirement. The power is 1.5KW. The motor has high stability, high durability and high response speed and achieves energy saving and noise reduction to a large extent.

Enlarged Feeding Inlet


Compared with a traditional machine, our machine adopts an enlarged feeding inlet which is more practical. More garlic can be fed into the machine at one time, the time for manual frequent feeding can be greatly shortened, and the machine is particularly suitable for continuous operation. Blocking caused by overlarge garlic can be well avoided, and the shutdown cleaning frequency can be reduced.

Multi-level Screening Outlets

Operation and Use
1. The ground should be flat, and the ground wire must be connected when the machine is used. Before use, start the machine and run it for 3-5 minutes. Check that all parts are running normally and there is no noise before use.
2. First, add a small amount of garlic to try the effect of garlic separation. You can adjust the adjustment handwheels at the four corners according to the size of the garlic. If the garlic is too big and a high rate of damage is caused, you can adjust the adjustment handwheels clockwise to lift the pressure cap upwards. If the garlic is small or connected cloves exist in the separated garlic cloves, the adjustment handwheels can be adjusted counterclockwise to reduce the gap between the two rubber plates. At the same time, you can adjust the tension of the upper cover pressure spring handwheel appropriately. If the difference in garlic size is not significant, the tension of the pressure spring can be ignored and not changed.
The following adjustment standards are for reference only, and specific operations will be measured on the basis of actual operational effects.
  • (1) If the garlic is above 5cm, adjust the gap between the two discs of the handwheel to 2.7-2.9cm, and adjust the middle pressure spring to be 2.5cm higher than the surface of the handwheel exposed by the screw.
  • (2) If the garlic is less than 5 centimeters, adjust the gap between the two discs of the handwheel to about 2.5 centimeters, and adjust the middle pressure spring to be 2.5cm higher than the surface of the handwheel on the lead screw.
  • (3) If the garlic is about 6cm, adjust the gap between the two discs of the handwheel to about 3cm, and loosen the middle pressure spring slightly.
  • (4) This machine is equipped with a vibration cleaning device. When the sieve plate is congested with materials, pull the vibration handle by hand, and the sieve will jump up and down to clean the congested garlic cloves. Do not pull the vibration handle for a long time, otherwise it will affect the garlic grading effect.
Repair and Maintenance
The rubber plate inside the material barrel is a wearing part. After it is used for a period of time, it can be replaced according to the degree of wear. The material barrel should be cleaned once a day. Sharp and hard objects such as stones, wooden blocks, and iron tools are strictly prohibited from entering, otherwise it will seriously damage the rubber panel. If the processed garlic has too much soil, clean the bearings once after working continuously for 100 hours and replace the bearing lubricating oil.
Precautions
1. Be sure to tighten the screws when fixing the dividing machine on the rack!
2. Do not put your hands into the feeding port during machine operation, and do not stand under the rack!
3. Children are not allowed to approach the machine during operation!
4. Power must be cut off during cleaning and maintenance!
5. If there are accumulated materials in the sieve before starting up, cut off the power first, clean the sieve surface with a wooden stick, and then work again.
