Antique Japanese Hirado 5 Boys Playing Porcelain Painted Bowl, as seen in book "Japanese Porcelain" page 162 and 163, and "Hirado, Prince of Porcelaind", page 50. Typical high mountain clay (Blanc de Chine) white porcelain, with over glazed blue paintings of 5 boys playing. This pattern dates from late 18th century to early 19th century. Uneven early blue glaze. Please see last 3 photos.
