This is a beautiful vintage cobalt blue glass fairy lamp. 

There are a few excess pieces of glass on the interior of the shade from manufacturing and a small white area in the glass on the interior of the shade.  On the foot of the lamp there are 2 small  areas which could be manufacturer flaws, because it is smooth to the touch or they might be little chips.  There is a line on the outside of the shade which looks like another manufacturer flaw.  See picture.

Don't be put off by the flaws I have listed, this is a beautiful little lamp.  I list these areas to be accurate.
