Antique puffy sleeve blouse dated 1880 with French lace and i believe fabric is silk twill.  The blouse is in excellent condition but the lace has a few tears on one seeve. The lace is just trim and could be reinforced to cover the tears.  The fabric in the sleeves has no wear.  under the lace trim in front and back there is lavender fabric. The blouse is so pretty. There are black  jet glass buttons in the front and the bottom button was replaced. The blouse is in great condition but noting the lace tear.   There are stays sewn inside and they are all in place. might be medium size.
