Duke & Ockenden Ltd (later known as DANDO) were founded in 1867. They were British water engineers, well sinkers and pump makers (see last 4 images). The company was founded after a cholera outbreak, which prompted the creation of safe tub-wells in Littlehampton, Sussex.
