Take a look at this beautiful, hollow-carved drake Hooded Merganser made by Pierre Bacon of Berthierville, Quebec, Canada in 2020. Bacon is a wonderfully talented decoy maker and is prominent on Facebook selling his wonderful decoys. This piece exhibits very nice rasping and raised primaries. It carries Bacon’s “PB” on the bottom. Good glass eyes. The piece is finely antiqued to give it that vintage feel. Measures 12” long.  Please ask questions or for more photos.
