Contents as printed: This pamphlet contains the regulations for the training of the older Scouts, as approved by the Chief Scout and the Committee of the Council. The regulations themselves are printed in heavy type and are to be regarded as incorporated in "Policy Organisation and Rules" as from October 1st, 1946. Where this pamphlet is found to be in conflict with previous publications, "A Plea and a Programme" and "Senior Scouts," the earlier publications are hereby cancelled.

Condition: GOOD TO VERY GOOD - original fragile wartime pamphlet.

- Binding: Original maroon wrappers printed in white, with script "Over 15" and "The approved scheme of training for the older boy." Light edge wear and minor chipping, rust marks to spine from staples as typical, colours deep and unfaded. See high-resolution photos.
- Interior: Complete and tight, stapled, pages clean, bright and unmarked, with light scattered foxing to margins as issued, no writing, no stamps, no underlining.
- Note: Sold as a collectable period document, as seen, with all faults. Collated and appearing complete with 48 pages, but offered without warranty as to blank leaves or minor defects. Photographs form part of the description.

A scarce first and only edition of the foundational document that created the Senior Scout Section in October 1946, following The Road Ahead 1945.
