Step-by-Step Operation Guide
- Clean the Card: Gently wipe the card surface with foam applicators and microfiber cloth to eliminate dust, fingerprints, and minor stains.
- Smooth Warped Edges: Use the smoothing roller and ox bone scraper to flatten lifted edges and uneven card parts.
- Stack the Layers in Order: Acrylic Disc → Felt Pad → Card (isolation bag optional) → Felt Pad → Second Acrylic Disc
- Fix & Press: Clamp the stacked discs tightly with spring clamps. Place the whole set flat in a cool, dry area for 6–48 hours to fully flatten bent cards.
- Final Storage: Take out the restored flat card and put it directly into a card sleeve for permanent protection.
