This item was tested & works, see video. The clip for the stacker box is broken see pic, but still stays on. Obviously no money is included. This is a vending machine bill acceptor (also called a bill validator or note acceptor). It accepts $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills inserted face-up or face-down in any direction.
