Up for sale is a beautiful, true vintage Japanese casual men's yukata robe.  It is entirely hand-tailored from a premium, breathable summer-weight cotton textile featuring a traditional geometric repeating grid pattern in classic shades of indigo and light blue.

100% Hand-Tailored:  Features visible hand-sewn interior assembly and basting stitches along the seams and inner collar.

Shoulder panel:  Includes the traditional unbleached cotton muslin reinforcement panels (era-ura) across in the inner upper back and buttocks area.

Included accessory:  Comes complete with an authentic, traditional woven white cotton koshihimo waist tie belt so it is ready to wear.

Versatile style:  Classic closed-sleeve men's cut works perfectly as a high-end unisex casual lounge robe or dressing gown.

Excellent vintage condition with strong seam integrity and vibrant outer fabric.  The interior unbleached cotton shoulder lining shows some minor, faint age-patina yellowing/spotting along the inner seams from long-term storage.  This is not visible when worn.  Each underarm has a small dime-sized opening.  Not sure if that was intentional.
